CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is 14:00 hrs.

Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.

Early Check-in:

 If your flight arrives early in Bangkok and you want your room ready when you arrive, it needs to be booked for the night before.

Late check-out:
In case of late check-out, the hotel will charge as follows:

Between 12:00 – 18:00:
50% charge of room rate will apply.

After 18:00:
Full room rate will apply.

EXTENDED STAY: SPECIAL CORPORATE RATES

For those interested in extending their stay, we have secured a special arrangement with the hotel to offer our corporate rates for up to 3 additional nights before or after our event. These rates are exclusive and confidential, so they cannot be published or shared publicly.

Important things you need to know

GETTING TO THE HOTEL

Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to The Sukhothai Hotel Bangkok is 30 km.

Airport transfer service can be arranged at THB 2,800 (+/- EUR 75,00) per car per way.

The airport transfer is not included in the package fee and will be charged to your room.

Please let us know at time of registration if this service is required.

CANCELATION POLICY

The hotel enforces a rigorous cancellation policy, which we are obligated to follow.

If a cancellation occurs, the following cancellation policy and fees will apply.

In the event of a cancelation which occurs:

  • Before 90 days of expected arrival: 20% of the package fee will be due.
  • Between 89 days and 60 days:
    50% of the package fee will be due.
  • Between 59 days and 30 days:
    80% of the package fee will be due.
  • Between 29 days and arrival:
    100% of the package fee will be due (no refund)

The Thailand Visa Exemption Scheme and Bilateral Agreement allows visitors from 93 countries to enter Thailand without applying for a visa. Depending on their nationality, visitors can remain in Thailand for up to 60 days whether they enter the Kingdom through an international airport or a listed checkpoint from a neighbouring country.
